Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and maintain proper staffing levels.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address performance gaps.
• Coordinate opening/closing, daily operations, and adherence to safety policies.
• Monitor inventory, ordering plans, and in-stock targets; review cycle counts.
• Ensure merchandising standards, pricing, signage and presentation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, security, and customer service excellence.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and loss prevention.
