Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our New York stores.

As the heart of the team, you will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling and performance, optimize inventory, and uphold Lids standards across all store activities. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, fan-focused retailer.

Formación

• Proven supervisory skills and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to work varying days/hours and maintain attendance.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members.
• Plan schedules and manage payroll in compliance with policy.
