Job summary

Memphis Goodwill Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for the Oxford, MS location. You will lead a team, oversee hiring, training, and supervision, and ensure adherence to Goodwill policies and store procedures.

You will manage budgets, ensure donor and customer relations remain strong, and coordinate labor scheduling and reporting to maintain efficient operations. This role requires a driven leader committed to community service and retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Five years of management level work experience.
• Three years experience in a retail environment; apparel background a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to train team members with or without vocational disadvantages.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently as required.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, supervise and evaluate team members within Goodwill policies and job descriptions.
• Manages annual budgets of the GGC store within budgeted expense to revenue ratios.
• Insures high standards of donor and customer relations.
• Prepares scheduling of labor and time cards, including approving time in UltiPro.
• Maintains accurate records and reporting as required by policy.
