Job summary

You will plan and monitor budgets, optimize inventory, and collaborate with the Retail Sales Executive to build an effective sales team while delivering exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes staff development, loss prevention, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent supervisory experience.
• NRF Certification within six months of job acceptance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; 50 pounds for Donations/ADC/ other areas.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales quotas by maximizing production and sales from store operations.
• Supervise all store activities to ensure customer satisfaction and security of donated merchandise.
• Develop staff to understand their job responsibilities and promote the mission.
• Manage donation processing, pricing, and merchandising; perform related production tasks.
• Attend loss prevention/safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed on sales floor and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and training per company policies.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and banking procedures.
