Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, supervise and evaluate team members.
• Conduct investigations of employee violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage store budget and operate within expense-to-revenue ratios.
• Ensure high standards of donor and customer relations.
• Oversee daily donation flow and processing.
• Prepare labor schedules and time cards; approve time in UltiPro.
• Record and verify End of Day reports and related financials.
• Coordinate transportation and maintenance needs; ensure store cleanliness and image.
• Order and maintain supplies; ensure store security and safety compliance.
• Ensure accurate counts and reporting of store activity.
