Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees donor door and donation processing in the store.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates team members under Store Manager.
• Manages labor and payroll in line with policies.
• Assures 100% world-class customer service.
• Maintains store image, maintenance, loss prevention and security.
