Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and coach a team of sales consultants in a high-energy environment. You will manage merchandising, product launches, and promotional events to deliver an extraordinary customer experience across our mobility and services.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in sales or customer experience, and prior management experience.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of a retail store, including merchandising and product launches.
Meet and exceed sales objectives to provide customers with an exceptional experience.
Coach and lead a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
Coordinate outreach and off-site promotional activities as needed.
Participate in best-in-class paid training to support leadership success.
