Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with inventory, merchandising and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of experience supervising a diverse team, including performance management and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company standards are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets in line with performance objectives and budgets.
• Drive the customer brand promises and shrinks/safety programs to meet goals.
• Staff the store with qualified team members and lead performance management and development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain cross-trained store operations including Custom Framing.
