Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure timely unloading and flow of merchandise.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through TM onboarding.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store operations.
• Manage inventory accuracy, RTVs/ASNs, and shrink reduction.
• Coordinate Ship-from-Store fulfillment and pricing accuracy.
