WILD BILLS TOBACCO STAFFING LLC in Michigan seeks a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead staff, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service at our location. The role focuses on building team capability, achieving sales goals, and maintaining top-notch store standards.

The candidate will recruit and coach employees, manage scheduling, and uphold company policies. This position requires flexibility for weekends/holidays, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of previous store/retail management experience.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts when needed.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, and retain top talent.
