WILD BILLS TOBACCO STAFFING LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, inventory control, and customer service at one of our locations. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, maintaining a safe environment, and driving customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have retail management experience, leadership skills, and a passion for the tobacco industry, with the ability to train staff and optimize store performance while upholding company standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of previous manager experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train store employees.
• Develop team knowledge to become product experts.
• Meet or exceed store sales and operational goals.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales and financial data to guide business decisions.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies.
