WILD BILLS TOBACCO STAFFING LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our Michigan locations. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, handle finances, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced tobacco retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while meeting sales and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of previous manager experience preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train staff.
