WILD BILLS TOBACCO STAFFING LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee one location in Michigan. You will lead staff, manage inventory and finances, and deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience, a passion for tobacco industry, and the ability to work 40+ hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop your team to meet sales and operational goals while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of previous manager experience.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Standing for long periods.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts when needed.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train the store employees on an ongoing basis.
• Create opportunities to develop team's product knowledge to be the expert.
• Develop team selling skills in order to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage and supervise a team of retail employees, including scheduling and performance management.
• Promote company policies and procedures and ensure all employees comply.
• Guides team to identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity.
• Sets clear performance expectations and ensures store team is trained in sales, customer service, and operations to meet company standards.
