Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company programs are followed and policies enforced.
• Deliver sales and KPI results and manage staff to meet annual performance objectives.
• Lead the execution of the company’s customer brand promises.
• Implement shrink and safety programs to meet goals.
• Use company tools to set, prioritize and communicate goals and manage team and customers.
