Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, including adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and results.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets in line with annual objectives.
• Staff the store with qualified team members and coach performance; manage talent development.
• Lead shrink and safety programs to meet goals.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure cross-training in framing and production.
