Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager in King of Prussia to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and manage a high‑performing team. You will own customer experience, visual presentation, inventory control, and staff development to deliver POP MART’s premium retail experience.

You will report to the District/Area Manager and play a key role in launching campaigns, events, and partnerships while maintaining brand standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high‑volume, customer‑focused stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use business metrics to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability and operations.
• Drive KPIs such as Sales, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop leaders; conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning.
• Execute product launches, limited edition releases and promotional campaigns.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote POP MART’s brand and collectibles.
