The role focuses on creating a Total Customer Satisfaction culture, meeting financial targets, and executing strategic sales plans with leadership from the Store Manager and District Manager. Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ retail experience.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, budgets and loss prevention.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a Total Customer Satisfaction culture.
• Assist Store Manager in hitting financial and operational objectives.
• Collaborate on strategic sales plans with Store Manager and District Manager.
• Coach and develop staff; lead the team in the Store Manager's absence.
