Qualifications

• 3-6 years store management experience (higher in high-volume stores).
• BA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience developing staff through coaching and staffing.

• Lead store team to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction through NB GUEST service model.
• Set store direction to hit sales and budget goals.
• Hire, coach, and develop team members.
• Drive store traffic and hit financial targets.
• Oversee weekly/monthly business rhythms and operations.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Coordinate community brand-building activities.
• Analyze market trends with District Manager to drive sales.
• Maintain positive employee relations and open communication.
• Communicate coaching strategies and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct regular performance reviews.
• Promote and follow safety protocols.
