In this role you step in for the Store Manager when needed, lead by example, and help drive community engagement through volunteer efforts and brand-building activities in our stores and neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of retail operations (sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, loss prevention).
• Ability to lead and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a Total Customer Satisfaction culture.
• Help Store Manager hit financial marks and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to execute strategic sales plans.
• Coach and develop staff; their success = yours.
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities to build our brand within the communities we serve.
• Assist with processing payroll and writing schedules for store associates.
• Step up to lead the team when Store Manager is unavailable.
