Job summary

New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Lawrence, MA to support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and overseeing daily operations. You will hire, train, and develop staff while upholding New Balance values, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop staff; drive their success
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities to build the brand in communities
• Assist with payroll processing and staff scheduling; lead when Manager is unavailable
