New Balance in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to support sales goals and daily operations. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

This role requires at least 2 years of retail experience, a BA preferred, proficiency with POS and Microsoft Office, and a collaborative leadership mindset. Weekend/holiday scheduling and a competitive benefits package are included.

Competenze

• 2 years retail experience; higher volume may require more.
• BA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Ability to lead and work as part of a team; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
