Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Training for the Chandler area. You will drive store operations, lead a team, and manage donations and customer service to support our mission of ending unemployment.

You will oversee production, inventory, and community partnerships while maintaining brand standards and a safe work environment. A strong focus on coaching and development is essential for progressing to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers’ license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store operations, assistants, and donation attendants.
• Develop and execute retail operations plans to meet income, revenue and production targets.
• Monitor payroll and operating costs against budget.
