Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Leader to direct operations at a Scottsdale location, drive donations, and manage a team including an Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants.

You will oversee payroll, store budgets, customer service, and training, ensuring the store aligns with GCNA’s mission and brand standards while maintaining a strong community presence.

Competenze

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift
• Customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Mansioni

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve income and production goals.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager on strategic donations initiatives.
• Monitors product levels and store metrics to meet budget targets.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs stay within budget.
• Leads and trains Team Members to deliver excellent customer service.
