Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store leader to drive daily operations, coach the team, and optimize donations and sales. You will manage staffing, training, and performance to meet budgeted goals and maintain excellent donor/customer service.

Eligible for a monthly bonus based on performance after training, with a focus on inventory, donations, and store performance across the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in retail management, preferably in thrift stores.
• One year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to meet income and production goals.
• Oversees payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Leads store team including Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Ensures excellent customer service and maintains brand standards.
