Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Training at our Surprise, AZ location. Starting pay is $70,000 annually with potential bonuses after training.

You will lead a team, manage donations, and drive store performance to meet goals while representing the Goodwill brand in the community. The role requires 2 years retail management experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management is preferred.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Lead Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Ensure customer service excellence and adherence to company standards.
