Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management
• One-year customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid drivers’ license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals for operating income, revenue, and production
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to implement strategic plans to drive donations
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve sales targets
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs within budget
• Leads and develops store team members and ensures excellent customer service
• Ensures store is clean and reflects the Goodwill brand
• Partners with community organizations to promote Goodwill mission
• Transfers/ covers shifts as needed to meet business demands
• Ensures donation processing and pricing meet company standards
