You will rotate through Boise market stores, gaining leadership skills to manage staffing, scheduling, customer service, and sales strategies.

The program includes two months of intensive training, followed by one month of hands-on store management across multiple locations, with mentorship from experienced store managers to develop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or comparable management.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations (up to 25%).
• Experience with computers and software commonly used in retail operations.
