Easterseals‑Goodwill is offering a Manager in Training (MiT) program to fast-track retail leadership. This three‑month accelerated program combines formal training with real‑world management experience, preparing you to lead a store and drive performance.

Two months of in‑person training at a Boise market store, followed by one month of hands‑on, cross‑location rotation, cover core skills: staffing, scheduling, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and administration under

• Retail or supervisory experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with computers and various software programs.
• Familiarity with profit and loss, sales, or cost management preferred.
