Easterseals‑Goodwill is offering a Manager in Training (MiT) program in Idaho. The paid three‑month accelerated program blends training with hands‑on management experience, preparing you to lead store operations and a team across multiple locations in Boise and surrounding areas.

Starting wage is $28.27 per hour. The program includes specialized training in inventory, merchandising, administration, and talent management, with mentorship from experienced store managers to drive performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or supervision experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience with computers, internet use, and various software programs.
• Experience with profit and loss, sales, or cost management preferred.
• Willingness to travel to different store locations (up to 25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and motivate the team.
• Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve results.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing work environment.
• Ensure smooth store operations including staffing, scheduling, product rotation, and sales.
• Support and implement company‑wide initiatives and operational goals.
