Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a Manager in Training (MiT) in Meridian, ID to begin a three-month accelerated program designed to prepare you for store leadership. Two months of training at a designated local Boise market store, followed by one month of hands-on management across multiple locations.

You’ll receive specialized training in inventory, merchandising, administration, and talent management while learning from seasoned store managers, with hands-on experience shaping performance and

Qualifikationen

• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with computers, internet, and common software programs.
• Experience with profit and loss, sales, or cost management preferred.
• Willingness to travel to different store locations (up to 25%).
