Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a Manager in Training (MiT) to join our Idaho retail team. The three-month accelerated program blends training with hands-on management across Boise-area stores, building skills in staffing, scheduling, customer service, and sales strategies.

The MiT will gain specialized training in inventory management, merchandising, administration, and talent management, working with current store managers to develop leadership capabilities and drive performance.
