Easterseals‑Goodwill is offering a MiT program in Idaho Falls to train you for a future store manager role. The three‑month accelerated program blends coaching with hands‑on management across Boise and other local stores, covering staffing, scheduling, customer service, and merchandising.

You'll gain real‑world experience with inventory, operations, and team leadership, preparing you to lead a store or support multiple locations based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience with computers, internet use, and various software programs.
• Experience with profit and loss, sales, or cost management preferred.
• Willingness to travel to different store locations (up to 25%).
