Job summary

The Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is offering a MiT program in Salt Lake City to train you to become a store manager. This three-month accelerated program combines training with real on-hand management experience and leadership development.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in staffing, scheduling, customer service, inventory, merchandising, and team motivation while earning $28.27 per hour. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or comparable management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environment and prioritize.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
