Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain offers a three‑month MiT program designed to equip you with tools, experience, and confidence to become a successful store manager. You’ll train for two months at a Boise market store, then spend a month managing across multiple locations, learning core operations, staff development, and performance driving strategies.

You’ll work alongside experienced store managers, gaining insights into inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or comparable management preferred.
