R301US Hibbett Retail, Inc. in Greenville, NC is seeking a Manager in Training to support store operations. The role requires knowledge of product areas, assisting the Store Manager, and promoting sales and promotions.

You will act as an ambassador of Hibbett I City Gear, delivering exceptional customer service and preparing to assume Store Manager responsibilities when needed. The candidate should have 1–3 years of customer service experience in retail, strong communication and interpersonal

Qualifications

Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with overall goals and profits.

Responsabilités

Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
Consult with Store Manager in establishing action plans to accomplish responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
Assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.
