Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Serve as acting supervisor in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Ensure profitability by tracking inventory, sales, and expenses.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
