You will assist in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling while promoting promotions and providing outstanding customer service. The role requires knowledge across departments, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and maintain store goals and profits.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on tasks without prompting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Plan and execute action plans for departments and store responsibilities.
• Step in for Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and responsibilities.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory and customer trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company manuals.
