Job summary

Gorjana is seeking a Store Manager for our Los Gatos location to lead day-to-day operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, maintain visual standards, and represent the brand with passion.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and developing internal and external talent.
• Effective in your communication style; messaging energizes and encourages teamwork.
• Enjoy leading through collaboration, driving ideas while fostering accountability and trust.
• Clearly communicating new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner.
• Adaptable and easily manage change.
• Organized with excellent time management skills.
• Eye for spotting and recruiting retail talent.

• Passionate about the Gorjana brand.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership position.
• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach.
• Ability to stand or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to work full time hours with open availability

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store performance and KPIs.
• Act as brand ambassador, educating customers about Gorjana history and products.
• Create action plans to maintain or improve performance.
• Build new and repeat business through clienteling and relationship development.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of store talent.
• Communicate new initiatives and goals clearly and timely.
• Provide the best customer experience to all customers, including during returns.
• Lead by example in personal presentation and team tone.
• Execute brand visual standards and updates in store.
• Schedule staff to match business needs and budget.
• Manage store inventory with detail and SOP adherence.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
