Job summary

Gorjana in Short Hills, NJ seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience in our jewelry boutique. You will coach a high-performing team, recruit and onboard talent, maintain visual standards, manage inventory, and partner with corporate to implement promotions.

Experience in clienteling and KPI growth is required, along with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Gorjana brand and customer experience.
• Availability for nights, weekends and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance and KPI achievement.
• Coach and develop store team through training and feedback.
• Maintain brand visual standards and in-store presentation.
• Oversee daily store operations and scheduling within budget.
• Drive clienteling and customer relationship-building initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop internal/external talent.
• Ensure exception customer service and quick resolution of issues.
