Gorjana in Boston, MA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help drive store performance, lead the sales floor, and model our brand values. You will mentor teammates, support recruiting, and ensure operational excellence daily.

You’ll train staff, manage clienteling, and uphold Gorjana’s visual standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role requires energy, reliability, and a passion for jewelry and our story.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in retail leadership.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance and KPIs through daily operations.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach store talent.
• Uphold brand standards and educate customers on Gorjana history.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule staff to meet business needs within budget.
• Maintain inventory accuracy per SOPs.
