Job summary

Gorjana is seeking a Store Manager for the Nolita location. You will drive store performance, coach a sales team, and uphold the brand’s standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop staff, lead by example in daily operations, and ensure the store meets or exceeds KPIs. This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a passion for Gorjana products.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in a retail leadership position.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong ability to develop and coach staff.
• Proven track record in achieving KPIs and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and KPIs.
• Act as brand ambassador and educate customers about Gorjana.
• Develop action plans to improve performance and growth.
• Build new and repeat business via clienteling.
• Lead training, onboarding, and staff development.
