IT'SUGAR is seeking a dynamic Retail Assistant Store Manager in East Rutherford, NJ to supervise store operations and achieve sales goals. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing daily store performance, inventory, and promotions while upholding brand standards and safety. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years retail experience preferred.
• Prior sales and management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operation of the store and ensures that sales objectives are met.
• Coaches and trains Sales Associates to maintain brand standards.
• Promotes safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Manages inventory, merchandise displays, and visual guidelines.
• Plans and coordinates events and promotions to drive sales.
• Partners with the Store Manager to identify challenges and implement solutions.
