IT’SUGAR in Buffalo is seeking a fun, dynamic Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience and support store operations. You’ll handle sales floor duties, product knowledge, and register transactions while opening or closing the store when required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests.
• Follow our SUGARTAINMENT engagement model.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Operate the POS/cash register and cash out customers accurately.
• Assist in store opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Help merchandise displays according to visual guidelines.
• Support in set-up for events and promotions.
• Represent IT’SUGAR core values of positivity and energy.
