Framebridge is seeking a Store Manager for our Atwater Village location to lead the retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving business results.

As the heart of the store, you will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, champion the Framebridge brand, and coordinate with production to ensure seamless omni-channel operations. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing management role and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Store Manager in customer-facing sales or hospitality.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training retail staff.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends; flexible schedule.
• Interest in design and working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and embody the Framebridge brand.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train retail team members.
• Develop and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Coach staff with product knowledge and design advice.
• Plan in-store events with the marketing team and handle customer inquiries.
