Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Manager for the Middletown store in Middletown, MD.

This role oversees the sales floor, drives daily operations, and leads a team to meet sales goals while delivering excellent donor and customer service. You will mentor Retail Sales Associates, manage shifts, ensure store standards, handle deposits, and support policy compliance, security and safety.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in Retail Management preferred.
• One year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit, revenue, and production.
• Leads and mentors team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensures store standards, safety, and security procedures are followed.
• Maintain store operations, security, health and safety compliance, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with store leadership to align with company vision and drive engagement.
