You will develop skills in customer service, inventory management, and business performance while handling a wide range of merchandise, including jewelry and electronics. The role emphasizes coaching, recruiting support, and development of team members, with a compensation structure featuring hourly pay plus commission and store performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Complete management training and development assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
