FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee to develop leadership skills while learning day-to-day store operations in a retail environment. You will gain experience in customer service, inventory management, and driving profitability across a diverse merchandise mix.

Competenze

• Minimum 21 years of age with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
