FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee to join our team in Atlanta. You will learn day-to-day store operations, lead by example, and develop leadership skills while handling customer service, merchandising, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a customer-focused environment.

• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
