FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Georgia to learn day-to-day store operations and leadership skills alongside store leadership.

You'll gain experience in customer service, inventory management, and driving performance while working with diverse merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, and more. Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store with proper asset protection and cash handling.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Complete management training and development assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
