FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee to learn day-to-day store operations and leadership duties.

The role offers opportunities to coach, train, and develop team members while supporting performance goals across diverse merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools and more. Compensation includes $15.00–$21.00 per hour with unlimited commission up to 8% and store performance bonuses.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail POS systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Complete management training and development assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
